Beetroot Boltardy is the standard variety for beetroot production. Very easy to grow, excellent cropper and as the name suggests; very good resistance to bolting.
Smooth, rounded roots with a sweet flavour and good internal colouring are great for pickling or roasting with a little olive oil.
