Sherwood is an extremely versatile hybrid with solid dark heads and a short internal core. Well wrapped with the leaves keeping the head clean. Has a superbly sweet taste and holds well in the garden until required. Shows tolerance to alternaria and other leaf spot diseases. Grow our Cabbage Plug Plants on in larger units for a few weeks, then plant out in mid May. Will be ready to cut from September onwards.

All our vegetable plug plants are shipped in specially designed blister packs to keep the root system in place and the foliage protected in transit.
