A late maincrop variety of carrot and as the name suggests, Eskimo F1 has a high tolerance to frost and disease. An ideal strong stemmed carrot to grow for harvesting in the winter months which stands well through the winter.
**Carrot fly is attracted by the smell whilst thinning so try watering before thinning and doing the job on a still evening. Young Carrots can always be pulled out alternately to 'thin as you eat', leaving the remaining carrots to mature.
