Indoors- In a clean tray or container, place water-moistened kitchen paper or tissue. Drain away any excess. Sow a sprinkling of seeds to cover the base and put into a warm dark spot (a kitchen cupboard is ideal). Leave for approx. 3/4 days checking the moisture levels every day. Once germinated, bring sprouts into the light and within a day or so they should be ready to harvest when they reach 4-5cms in height and have green leaves. Cut and use immediately. Successional sowings will give you a new crop to harvest every week.Outdoors - Cress Fine curled can also be grown outdoors from spring onwards throughout the growing season. Prepare a small patch and broadcast the seed. Water in well and after about 4 weeks the leaves will be ready for cutting.
