Spearmint (mentha viridis) - 5 Plug Plants

This is the basic culinary mint used for mint sauce, marinades and seasoning meat and fish. Also has uses as a foliage plant that has a wonderful scent.
Mint plants prefer full sun, or partial shade with free-draining soil or compost. Plants are invasive, so you may be advised planting into a pot and then sinking into the ground to stop excessive root spread.
