Dispatched via Parcelforce
Your order has been dispatched via parcelforce. You should have received an email to the address you provided when ordering with the order tracking details. If you haven’t received these details or would like us to track your delivery for you please click here.

Dispatched Via First Class Post
Your order has been dispatched via first class post. You should have received an email with the date of dispatch. Most items sent via first class post are delivered the next day, however please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. If your order has not arrived in this time, please use the contact form under your order details to inform us. Most Royal Mail delivery and re-delivery questions are answered by clicking here
Awaiting Payment
The above order status will be displayed if you have opted to pay by cheque or by telephone or if there has been a problem processing your payment. To pay by cheque or postal order, please make it payable to ‘Brookside Nurseries’ and post to: Brooksde Nurseries, School Lane, Hints, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B78 3DW. Please write your order number on the back.

Failed
There was a problem placing your order. You have not been charged. Please place another order or contact us for help.
Refunded
Your order has been cancelled. We have issued a full refund to your account. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to credit your account.
