Overseas Orders
Due to the time taken for some overseas plant orders sent via Royal Mail airmail to arrive on time last year, we have decided to dispatch all overseas orders via a tracked courier service in 2012. This unfortunately means that we have had to increase our flat rate overseas delivery charge to £19.99
We accept orders (including live plants) from the following overseas countries only:
Austria
Belgium
France
Germany
Ireland
Italy
Netherlands
Spain
If you are ordering for delivery to any of the above countries, please add items to the shopping cart as normal then select the ‘International’ delivery method in the shopping cart.
A flat rate delivery charge of £19.99 applies for all overseas orders regardless of order value.
Ordering Plants for Overseas Delivery
If you are ordering plants for delivery to any of the above countries, please select the same dispatch dates for all the plants in your order so that we can send all the plants together.
We now dispatch all international orders via Parcelforce Euro Priority. This is a tracked service. Parcelforce estimate a delivery time of normally within 48 hours to major European cities and elsewhere in Europe between 3 and 4 working days, depending on destination.
Our robust packaging holds up well to the extra handling and extended delivery times for overseas orders and we’ve always received excellent feedback. However, please bear in mind when ordering that the plants may experience some damage and deterioration during their journey.
