When will my order be delivered?
We are the only online plug plants supplier to offer a choice of a specific delivery week for your order. To view your order details and requested delivery date please login here.
How will my order be delivered?
Most smaller orders under 2KG in weight will be sent via Royal Mail first class post and will be delivered by your postman. We will email you when we dispatch your plants to let you know that they are on the way. If you are not in to accept delivery and if the item is too big for your letterbox or if there is no where safe to leave it, your postman will usually leave a card with instructions on how to collect the item from your local depot or to arrange redelivery. Larger orders over 2KG in weight will usually be sent via Parcelforce. This is a fully trackable service. We will email you to let you know that your order is on the way and to provide you with your tracking details. Parcelforce redelivery questions are answered here.
How do I add to my order?
If you wish to order more plants you will need to place a separate order. If you already have an order placed with us for 2010 delivery over the value of £40 or if further orders will increase your total order value to over £40, please email us and we will provide you with a checkout code which will allow you free delivery on your next order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up until 7 days before your fist requested delivery date.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my order when I receive it?
All of our plants are inspected by our horticultural experts and are selected by hand at exactly the right time to be carefully packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition at their destination. Every single plant is checked before it goes out to ensure it meets our quality control standards. However, if you have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any of our plants, simply notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer a replacement or refund. To aid our quality control standards customers may be requested to return a sample of unsatisfactory plants to enable further examinations to take place.
