This compact perennial is known for its bell-shaped, starry flowers that create a charming, cascading effect, perfect for brightening up borders, rock gardens, and containers. Supplied as a 9cm garden-ready plant, Campanula Sago is easy to grow and offers a delightful display from May to August, making it a great addition to any garden space.

Key Features:

Delicate Lavender-Blue Flowers: Campanula Sago features abundant bell-shaped flowers in soft lavender-blue hues, creating a lovely, calming effect in your garden.

Cascading Growth Habit: Ideal for edging borders, rockeries, and containers, Campanula Sago's trailing, low-growing habit adds texture and a splash of colour to garden displays.

Long Flowering Period: This charming perennial blooms from late spring into summer, providing a long-lasting display of colour and attracting pollinators like bees and butterflies.

Hardy and Low Maintenance: Campanula Sago is a tough, resilient perennial that thrives in a variety of garden conditions and returns year after year with minimal care.

Perfect for Small Spaces: Its compact form makes it an ideal choice for smaller garden beds, containers, or even hanging baskets, offering versatility in design.

Care Instructions for Campanula Sago:

Ideal Planting Location: Plant in a sunny or partially shaded area with well-drained soil. Campanula Sago is highly adaptable and can tolerate a wide range of soil types, from sandy to loamy.

Planting Steps: Remove the plant from its 9cm pot and plant at the same depth as it was growing in the container. Space plants around 20-30cm apart for optimal growth.

Watering Tips: Water thoroughly after planting to help establish the roots. Keep the soil evenly moist, especially during dry spells, but avoid overwatering or waterlogging the plant. Feeding Schedule: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer once a month during the growing season to promote healthy growth and abundant flowering.

Deadheading and Pruning: Regularly deadhead spent flowers to encourage continuous blooming and maintain a tidy appearance. Prune back any dead foliage in late autumn to prepare the plant for winter.

Winter Care: This hardy perennial requires little winter protection but benefits from a light mulch around the base to protect the roots from frost.
