Plant the bulbs pointy side up quite closely together at a depth of 5cms and 3-4cms apart in the autumn. Plant in fertile well-drained soil in sun or part shade. You can plant the bulbs closer and layer slightly if space is tight. Grows well under deciduous shrubs and trees or in tubs or patio containers.
