Oregano produces aromatic, oval, dark green leaves with small white flowers appearing in summer. Oregano is used in cooking and as seasoning and the plant leaves can be cut fresh as needed, although it is often thought that the best flavour occurs just before flowering.
Thyme Common English is a dark green upright, bushy foliage with pink flowers. Ideal for herb gardens, pots, paths, rockeries and raised beds or borders in full sun or partial shade. Excellent when used sparingly with poultry, meat and game and in soups.
