Loganberries are a thorn-less raspberry/blackberry hybrid, with high yields of enormous, long, cone-shaped berries ripening from mid July. That have an excellent aromatic flavour, that are juicier but sharper than raspberries. The fruit is ideal for all purposes and is best cropped when they turn deep red in colour. Loganberries have a bushy vigorous growth, with branches that need a permanent support so is ideal for training against a wall or fence.
Plant Loganberries at a distance of 1.5m and 2m rows apart. Fruits appear from mid July to August.
These are 2 year old plants, in the first season of planting these will concentrate on establishing, although you might see some fruit in this year, it will be the following year that you will see plentiful crop.
