Pansy Matrix Sunrise Plug Plants - As the name suggests Pansy Matrix Sunrise will produce stunning blooms in bleeding shades of oranges, pink and yellows making it look like the perfect summer sunrise in your garden even in the darkest of months. Pansy Matrix Sunrise has the very traditional dark blotch centre.
A breakthrough in modern Pansy breeding, these large flowered Pansies have been proven to give outstanding performance for maximum satisfaction in both beds and borders and patio containers. Easy to grow. Stunning sunrise mixture. This series retains pansies’ wonderful cold tolerance, but when the weather is hot and older varieties of pansies become floppy with few blooms, the Matrix pansies will tend to remain well branched, squat and floriferous. Also, the petioles (stems that hold the flowers) don’t become overly stretched, so the flowers remain upright and beautifully displayed throughout the summer. In our trial gardens this past year Matrix pansies continued to bloom well throughout the summer and then looked great well into the third week of November with another flush of colour early spring. You will receive a tray of 40 Premium Quality Professionally Produced Young Plug Plants. All orders are carefully packed and shipped in our specially designed packaging.
PLEASE NOTE - flowering times will vary depending on the time they are planted. For autumn flowering you will need to plant these in either grower cell trays or small grower pots for around 4 weeks to allow for root establishment and then they will be ready for you to put in their final place. If you buy these from October onwards ready for spring flowering these need to be grown on in grower cell trays or pots throughout the winter before planting in their final place early spring, they should be left outside to harden them off throughout the winter months. Here is an idea of when they will then begin to flower for you -
