Rosemary officinalis | 5 Large Plug Plants

Supplied as medium plug plants, they were strong healthy plants with a good top growth and root system. I planted them on for 2 weeks before putting them in large tubs using a good compost mixed with perlite and vermiculite. They have been outside now for a month and all plugs are growing very well. Top quality plants, arrived the day after they were despatched, very well packaged.

The Rosemary plugs were very healthy and look sturdy as if they are going to grow into strong plants. I do not like the mesh plugs that they are planted in as I don't think the roots ever grow through through them properly. I removed them before I potted the plants into pots with good quality compost.

I no longer drive and there is no plant nursery within walking distance so nowadays I purchase my plants from the internet. Recently, this has been very disappointing. I've received a dead rosemary plant, fuchsias sent in such flimsy packaging that they were mangled en route and some of the tiniest plug plants I've ever seen. I would have called them seedlings. So my expectations of these rosemary plug plants weren't high.
I was delighted! The packing was sturdy, the plants had not dried out and they were obviously very healthy. After a few days they are noticeably bigger. Thank you.
