Planting Location: Best planted in full sun with well-drained soil. Ideal for borders, gravel gardens, or containers where its vibrant flowers can be admired up close. Planting Steps: Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball, place the plant carefully, and backfill with soil. Water thoroughly after planting to establish roots. Watering Tips: Water regularly until established. Once mature, it is moderately drought-tolerant, requiring occasional watering in dry periods. Feeding Schedule: Apply a balanced fertiliser in early spring to promote healthy growth and an abundance of blooms. Pruning and Maintenance: Deadhead faded flowers to encourage prolonged blooming. In late autumn, cut back spent stems to keep the plant tidy and ready for the next growing season. Winter Care: Fully hardy in most regions, needing minimal winter protection. A layer of mulch can provide added insulation for the roots in colder areas.
