This soft fruit produces a mass of almost translucent pale-yellow currants that are known for their sweetness and juiciness. One of the earliest white currants to be ready to pick, they can be eaten straight from the bush and are ideal for jam-making and baking and can be easily frozen.
This hardy variety is easy to care for and is best planted out in autumn/winter. These are 2 year old plants, in the first season of planting these will concentrate on establishing, although you might see some fruit in this year, it will be the following year that you will see plentiful crop.
